Improve your Intuition with These Spirit Animals

Make wiser choices and protect yourself

When making decisions, we usually get consumed by one specific emotion: fear. Fear of knowing that something might go wrong or that might end completely different from what we wanted in the first place and that's terrifying for us.

We are not alone, and in those situtations we can count on our spirit animals inside. Our spirit animal might help us decide what is the best for us.

Spirit Animals related to intuition

Hawk, Owl, Raven are the most intuitive spirit animals. If you notice, they are all birds, since they have a high response to things they interact around and a sense of where to go, where their nest is and they travel around without getting lost, visting new places and more. Here's a quick summary of each:

Step 2: Practice

This journey is a circle, you are taking decisions every single day, which is why you have many opportunities to train and get the best of what you've learned. One good exercise is to count how many decisions you made in a day, for example if you: decided to wake up, decided to take a bath, decided to eat breakfast. All those small decisions take us to where we are.

Step 3: Review Results and Start Over

You will slowly see results each day, and you must track down by asking yourself the following questions:

  • Did I made decisions based on my emotion or just reacted?
  • Am I aligned with my decision making and where I want to go?
  • Are my decisions getting me closer to my objective?
  • Did my today decisions pushed me a little to who I want to become?

Answer this questions every day and start over from step 1 so that you keep growing and getting better results everytime.

Ways we think

You might find yourself in the following scenarios:

Overthinking

When you excesively evaluate, monitor and attempt to control everything in your head so that you are ready for every single scenario.

The problem with this, is that there are just too many posibilities and that means that if you missed one, you will not be ready for it and might be hard to face that scenario.

Underthinking

This happens when you deny or divert reasoning and intellectual thought and you come to a conclusion before considering at least the pertinent data that you have.

This might lead to a point where you realize that you never thought enough about a topic and it's too late to go back and fix it.

Critical thinking

Also reasonable thinking, is the balance you want to achieve. This is a point where you thought about something meticulously enough, and is based on emotions, an excellent judgment with measured risks and consequences.

Intuition Blockers

Most of the time, you heard people that they have a voice inside that tells them what to do. The problem is that we either doubt about it, we don't feel confident enough or just ignore that feeling completely. We can say that based on the experience, there are 4 primary blockers for your intuition:

  • Fear and Worry.
  • Insecurity.
  • What others people say or do around you.
  • Not enough trust.
